We have been awarded both the Gold and Standard Accreditation by the Institute of IT Training. Every Training Consultant is either IITT or Comptia Certified. Our courses are constantly monitored, both internally and externally, to maintain their consistency and adherence to methodology. And the training team undergo continuous professional development, to make sure that - individually and collectively - they stay abreast of the issues that you face day-to-day.

Training designed to meet your business needs
Whether it’s to accelerate successful implementation of a new HR or Payroll solution, or to re-evaluate and upgrade the skills of an existing user team, many customers opt for a programme of Training Consultancy.
Our Training Consultants are both IITT Certified and hugely experienced. They’ll work with you to look first at your business objectives, and then develop specific training aims and objectives to match them, cost-effectively.
Then, focusing on the various job roles within your team, they’ll carry out a full Training Needs Analysis (TNA), providing training aims and objectives for each group, and each individual user. This enables training to be targeted exactly to the skills and needs of each member, reducing wastage and closing skills gaps.
From the TNA, the Training Project Plan (TPP) is developed. For new implementations, this enables training to begin early and mirror the implementation cycle, adapting to any changes in the implementation plan as they arise.
Skilled super-users can be identified and familiarised with the system’s capabilities - and any additional needs noted before system customisation is completed.
With users and managers trained as the system goes live, the full benefits of NorthgateArinso applications start to emerge from day one - and there’s less need for re-training - and the plan will also proactively incorporate any foreseeable staff changes or movements, making sure that the right people have the right skills at the right time.
Armed with the TNA, your Training Consultant can also work with you to develop customised courses, workshops or on-the-job training programmes.
Training materials will be developed which relate directly to your own systems and procedures - making exercises even more effective and documentation more relevant.
And at every stage, your Training Consultant will feed back validation, evaluation and assessment information, enabling you to deal with issues as they arise, measure the success of the training and hone your ongoing training plans for the future.
