Employees can log on to MyChoice and model their benefit selection before submitting their final choices, they can also view their total reward statement.

We offer a range of off-line/manual Total Reward Statement options as well as an online solution via our MyChoice technology.

We will work with you to help design the look, feel and content of the statement and can assist with any accompanying communications that might be required to ensure that the statement is understood and appreciated by your employees.

Our online communications come with the added benefits of full tracking and reporting capability. This gives the employer the ability to be able to see which benefits have received the most interest, which emails have been read and can help you ascertain levels of interest throughout enrolment.

If you have the resources to manage the day-to-day running of your scheme in-house, using the MyChoice management system, then we will train you to do this yourself.
